Training for Profit :
Trinic is happy to announce our complete training initiative for 2020. We have hosted countless “Training” classes over the last 10 years and have seen several attendees take the knowledge shared and use it to expand their business. We LOVE that!
Now we are raising the bar to a whole new level! We are going to make sure you know not only how to attain the quality needed to support this growing industry but how to profit by it! Let’s face it without profit your passion is just a hobby.
It is impossible to be great at everything. We know that so we have assembled a team that will share their knowledge with you in the areas that they have mastered. Have you heard the saying “ those that can’t do teach” Well as attendees you will enjoy learning from instructors that are profiting using the skills and techniques in their everyday businesses.
Trinic will hold three levels of classes for GFRC (and Vertical) concrete to accommodate all skill levels. Initial, Advanced and Master. (GFRC and Vertical classes are separate classes but held in the same week in case you want to attend both). See Events link on our Facebook page for additional information in the Vertical class….
To ensure success it is necessary to start with the basics, in our initial hands on GFRC class you will learn how to take a project from initial client inquiry through templating, fabrication, sealing, installation and final payment profitably.
In Trinic’s new 5,000 sqft. dedicated training center you will experience real world conditions (and challenges) as we build a full-size kitchen from start to finish. Then it is time for you to show us what you learned!!! Nothing helps you learn like actually doing it, so you will get to create a piece while our team answers any questions and keeps you on track…
Hands on you will learn:
- Tricks of templating/ initial site visit observations/ what to do when conditions are not perfect.
- Form fabrication / pre-pour prep tips.
- Pre-mix spray/ pour and hand pack and other adjustments.
- Post pour care and processing.
- Sealing for success
- How to Transport and Install safely.
